Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists offer Executive Search, Permanent Resource, Contract Resource and Ad-Hoc Solutions. With over 20 years of recruitment, business development and direct sales experience under our belts, we continue to deliver for our clients and candidates around the world.

We have been given a choice in life, to either be positive or negative, and as it stands, our glass is universally half full, never half empty.

Our Managing Director was a ‘teenager’ back in the 90’s, and (if you were fortunate enough in those days) you would either own a Sega Mega Drive or a Super Nintendo!

Nintendo was his console of choice, and their Super Mario Bros. brand, was the one that inspired him to create our own company mascot: “Big J.B.”and the #JoinUs platform.

Through the #JoinUs platform we are hoping to find like-minded, ambitious, charismatic, determined people from all walks of life to join Jonothan Bosworth (& “Big J.B.”) on our exciting journey.

Fun

If we don’t laugh at least once every 45 minutes, then there is a serious issue. Either someone’s pet is very ill, or the onsite canteen has run out of french fries for the day, or worse still; nobody’s ‘rang the bell’ in a short while! An optimistic, glass half-full approach is what keeps us going. If we’re smiling, we’re gliding!

Challenging

The sky is the limit and everybody at Jonothan Bosworth knows that ‘mediocrity’ is not an option. The idea of ‘settling’ for anything less than the best would feel worse than enduring a 5-hour rainstorm on the first day of a holiday in Barbados. “Work Hard – Play Hard – Go Hard”. That’s the motto.

Whilst we don’t take ourselves too seriously, we have a duty of care to our clients and candidates; and we embrace that responsibility.
