Our client is an award-winning communications software company with a focus on call recording, & reporting technology.


As the Account Manager you will focus on generating revenue and meeting sales targets through creating and maintaining long term, trusted relationships with our clients’ reseller partners.  You will also oversee a portfolio of assigned reseller partners, developing new business from existing partners and actively seeking new sales opportunities and partners.


If you can build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiate contracts, develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and key stakeholders internally and externally : whilst ensuring timely and successful delivery of our clients’ solutions then this role should be of interest.

Account Managers with exposure to CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) and who can establish effective communication with peers; identify areas of improvement and can track key account metrics (e.g. monthly, quarterly sales results and annual forecasts), using tools available, whilst preparing reports on account status are likely to receive an immediate interview request.


Account Managers with demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels including executive and CEO level, solid experience with CRM software (i.e.. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel) and experience of delivering client-focused presentations to meet customer needs will be of interest.

We are looking for individuals with proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects – strong verbal and written communication skills and experience of working as part of a ‘virtual’ team.


Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels, with fluent English spoken language : with outstanding influencing and negotiation skills is important. If you are a quick learner, with the ability to absorb information on products and bring a cool temper to the table, with able to handle rejection, then this could the career move for you.
