The typical commission that you would earn (as a 360 recruiter), is typically 20% of gross profit – but in this role, commission is doubled to a maximum of 40%
Now imagine that the training, support & data required, is in place for you to simply pick up the phone and create calendar appointments?
We are currently looking for several Business Development & Sales Executives / Lead Generation Specialists / Appointment Bookers, and in this role, you will have the opportunity to make calls to C-level & decision makers of SME companies based predominantly within:
In your specialist role, you would look after this territory only.
You will be conducting the necessary research to identify whether you are speaking to what we call our Blueprint Partners – and as a result, you will maintain ownership and maximise the potential for a mutually beneficial business relationship.
A friendly, professional telephone manner and an optimistic outlook, with experience of outbound dialling, are all that is required. A demonstrable ability to build strong bonds and carefully articulate the value of the service offering will result in an immediate interview request.
To add 1 – 5 calendar invites per day, into Director diaries.
