COO / Head of Operations| Remote | Part-Time | £Negotiable

THE PREMISE:

You will oversee, collaborate, empower and develop plans to improve the operationof a digital business media platform aimed at inspiring and enabling Gen-Z to get more out of their services, products and/or businesses. The platform is designed to engage and excite a community of dreamers, visionaries, and entrepreneurs, who sometimes have nothing more than an idea to share with the world.
In this role you will develop a close working relationship with the CEO/Founder, and you’ll be responsible for serving as an information conduit – developing and cascading the organisation’s strategy & mission statement.

Your prior experience of driving performance measures will be of major importance to the brand.

THE BASICS:

As COO you will bring operational expertise and change expertise to the table, acting as a high-level leader who is comfortable taking charge. If you can oversee, collaborate, empower and develop plans to improve systems, processes and strategy, we would like to hear from you today.

If you are a high-level leader who is comfortable taking charge, you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Individuals who can drive performance and offer support and advise around usable information, data analytics, social media management software and digital transformation projects to ensure that the brand is operationally consistent and positive, will be highly sought after.

THE PURPOSE:

For every sale made a % of the profit is automatically donated to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (or SDGs) as adopted by all United Nations Member States in 2015.

THE INCUMBENCY:

This will be a 3-month contract, with ‘a profit share’ incentive built-in, with the option to extend the contract, and potentially become much more of a long-term situation, for the right person.

If you have other commitments, or if you are currently employed full-time, or even if you have your own business to run – your expertise (even with a cap on time shared) may be exactly what is needed, right now.
