CRM Project Manager | £400/day+ | North London

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a Project Manager to support a key client, based near Camden, in London, as they continue to undertake a major IT transformation project.  

This is a great opportunity as our client continues to embark on an exciting journey, which has seen a multi-million budget approved to revamp all IT related products, platforms and solutions.

MS Dynamics knowledge and experience is a must, as well as strong communication skills and stakeholder management skills.

THE BASICS:

As the CRM Project Manager, you will have the ability to manage chosen 3rd party vendors and Systems Integrators to deliver the solution.

THE ESSENTIALS:

The CRM Project Manager will be responsible for end to end delivery of a new SaaS based CoTs CRM application including associated integration to the telephony platform and required data sources. This project forms part of an overarching CRM Transformation Programme and your work will include: requirement analysis, process design, procurement and vendor selection through to implementation, testing, training, transition to Go Live and hand over to BAU support.

Other duties including, but not limited to:

• Responsible initially for a small team of Business Architects
• Responsible for building a small team of other critical resources
• The application of different methodologies and controls; i.e. Waterfall, Agile, Iterative.

THE DESIRABLES:

• Experience of MS Dynamics CRM
• Multichannel experience in Cloud Contact Centre & Telephony Architecture
• Test strategy

THE CONCLUSION:

CRM Project Managers with experience of managing the implementation systems of integration for CRM application, the management of CRM application Procurement and the management of CRM application stakeholders, whilst developing and maintaining CRM application Project Plan & RAID log are likely to be of interest.

Specialist Knowledge:

An in depth understanding of:

CRM application system implementation

Delivery of CRM applications as SaaS solution

Multi-channel solutions

CRM Systems Integration lifecycle and in particular the management of SI projects

Development of CRM Business User Requirements and User Journeys

Project definition and project management

Experience of management of CRM projects through PRINCE2 and Agile environments

Creation of RFP or ITT for CRM

Change management
