Delivery Manager | up to £400/day | Nr Brighton

Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are working on an exciting new project alongside a Public Sector body in search of a Delivery Manager to lead teams whilst identifying obstacles; enabling them to deliver important products and services, whilst encouraging continuous improvement. If you have experience around the application of agile and lean tools and techniques, we’d like to hear from you.

THE BASICS:

Delivery Managers who can advocate and communicate what a team does to create trust and authenticity, whilst listening to the needs of the technical and business stakeholders and interpret expectations with clarity, will be of interest.

If you are able to engage in elements of risk management such as effectively managing and tracking the mitigation of risks, whilst managing the pace and tempo of delivery, and leading the quest to document – with detail, all notes and requirements, then this job opportunity should be for you.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

If you have an innate ability to focus on the outcome, and ‘uncomplicate the complex’, whilst showing an ability to influence and make positive changes then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

Delivery Managers with a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and road-mapping, whilst still able to prioritise the most important or highest value tasks will be sought after.

An understanding of business analysis, business intelligence tools & cloud-based technology (such as Azure, Google Cloud and AWS will be desirable).

THE ADDITIONAL:

You will act as the point of contact for contracted suppliers, support effective budget management, and report on financial delivery whilst leading a team through the different phases of the delivery lifecycle.

THE CONCLUSION:

This is an exciting project which will see you bridge a gap between multiple Public Sector bodies in their quest to better understand different streams of data, and deliver solutions, whilst maintaining an understanding and awareness of incident management and service support so that products are built effectively. Previously working in the Public Sector (i.e. NHS/ Council/ Housing) could be of benefit but is not a necessity.

If you would like to know more about this project and how you could best manage the delivery of products and/or services at different phases of the lifecycle, please contact the team at Jonothan Bosworth TODAY.
