We are looking for an IT Account Manager who can identify, retain and generate increased revenue, whilst establishing, managing and growing relationships with clients and key stakeholders, whilst managing the full sales cycle.

Account Managers who can effectively manage multiple projects, overseeing quality control throughout the life cycle: underpinned with the ability to provide problem management support to high profile customer issues are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
If you have worked in the Managed Service industry and can display and apply knowledge of technologies including Cloud Solutions, Cyber Security, Microsoft, Infrastructure Networks, Server Virtualisation, Thin client technologies and have an awareness and understanding of additional software programmes and technologies you will be highly sought after.
Account Managers who can ensure root-cause analysis, drive customer satisfaction improvement processes including ticket surveys and can provide project management assistance and oversee quality control throughout the project life cycle are the candidates we’d like to hear from TODAY.
