We are looking for ‘rockstars’ to work in a 120° model – this means either identifying companies looking for a trusted recruitment partner, or candidates looking for a highly reputable agency to support them in their quest for work.
Our aim at Jonothan Bosworth over the next 18 months is to grow by 300%, and with such an ambitious task, we are only looking for the most ambitious people that the locality has to offer.
If you live near to Telford, Stafford, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Cannock, Birmingham City Centre, or any of the other surrounding areas this could be the ideal job opportunity for you.
You DO NOT have to have recruitment experience, but you MUST be able to communicate extremely well : both verbal and written. You should be able to speak & listen well on the telephone, and you should think in terms of: ‘who’s problem can I solve today’ rather than just: ‘there is a problem’.
