As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be customer facing where you will be responsible for coordinating our clients’ engineering, client services and operations teams to ensure that the services our clients suppliers receive is provided effectively, you will also be responsible for liaising with our clients Commercial and Professional Services Teams to ensure that requests or opportunities for new service offerings, or expansions to existing services, are processed and presented accordingly.
This position combines customer-facing and operational responsibilities so the ideal Service Delivery Manager will possess experience in these areas.

If you have experience generating and presenting data to clients, including tailoring reporting to the needs and interests of the client then this could be the job for you. Experience ensuring customer tickets are responded to and resolved in accordance with agreed service levels is vital for this opportunity.
Service Delivery Managers who can ensure services are delivered within their scope boundaries and be prepared to escalate scope breaches with customers when necessary along with the ability to define, own and improve the processes that underpin service delivery to customers are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
We are looking for someone with solid experience in a Service Delivery Management role with high level organisational and resource management skills, and the ability to work to tight deadlines, with the ability to document and communicate technical concepts to a sometimes non-technical audience.
Must have experience as a Service Delivery Manager, capable of working with data sets to extract and analyse information and familiar with service desk systems and the concepts of ticket management ideally with knowledge of SQL.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field with demonstrated achievement (engineering or computer science disciplines preferred) is a must.
If you have any working knowledge of cloud computing, software/web development, automation scripting experience or any business proficiency in one or more foreign languages, you will be of high interest to our client.
