Service Delivery Manager | up to £65,000 | London
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently seeking a Service Delivery Managerfor what is a key client; a managed cloud, infrastructure and IT consultancy provider based in Surrey.
The role will include client site visits (pre-dominantly in London and surrounding areas) and occasional opportunity to work from home.

As Service Delivery Manager you will report to the Operations Manager, as the primary interface with our clients’ Managed Services division; working to ensure an outstanding customer experience, meeting the required standards of delivery and maximising our clients’ commercial opportunities.
THE KEY SKILLS:
If you have ITIL Service Delivery / ITIL Foundation knowledge, and a good understanding of IT Infrastructure, Cloud & End User computing technologies, coupled with ITSM Tooling for reporting and governance skills, we’d like to hear from you.
Managers with several years’ Service Delivery Management experience, with extensive and demonstrable experience of working in a customer IT professional services focused role, with management responsibility for service delivery into corporate, SLA based, multi-tenanted environments should apply.
Contract management including experience in the definition of Service Level Agreements, their implementation and management and a commercial understanding met with the ability to spot, cross sell & upsell opportunities will hold you in good stead.
Supplier management experience and delivering and continually improving services, as well as managing multi discipline, multi engagement, multi-customer work streams, is important. So too is the ability to take ownership of complex problems and suggest, negotiate, agree and deliver appropriate solutions.
Managers with demonstrable escalation management and issue resolution experience and an understanding of Project Management disciplines and practises, with ITIL certification (to Foundation level or above) or similar and good Microsoft Office skills, and a process orientated mindset are likely to receive an immediate interview request.

-Proven track record in delivering high quality services to financial markets, government and commercial sectors
-Prince2 or equivalent industry recognised project management qualification
-Exposure to financial management (budget or P&L)
The ideal candidate must be a client focused individual; able to communicate effectively, understand IT technologies and multi tenanted environments with commercial acumen and experience in dealing with SLAs (definition and management). This job role will involve some travel to Bristol, Leeds and London as well as time in head office. You will need to be self-motivated, and a team player (as you will work with several teams, to include Sales, Account Management, Change and Problem, Service Desk & Technical).
