Service Desk Analyst | up to £24,000 | Warwick

Jonothan Bosworth are working with their newest client; a leading provider of managed IT services and support provider, based near Warwick & Birmingham, as they look for Service Desk Analysts with excellent customer services skills, the right technical aptitude and a desire to continue to deliver the outstanding service and support.


The ideal Service Desk Analyst will undertake a range of 1st & 2nd line ITIL aligned activities as part of a team to support customers and end-users by providing general advice and guidance; Answering telephone calls, monitoring emails and logging tickets to agreed SLA’s.

If you have experience of completing incidents, service requests and other defined activities and (potentially) working from specific customer site with a consultative approach which may include lifecycle support, event triage and resolving subsequent issues within agreed parameters, then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.


We are looking for confident, pro-active individuals, experienced working under pressure in a fast paced environment – ideally with MS Certificate(s) and have worked within a multi client Managed Service Provider environment.

Individuals with knowledge of MS Office 365 ApplicationsITSM tool experience (i.e. Service Centre/Remedy) and knowledge of Windows 7, 8 & 10, Windows Server 2008 / 2012, 2016, Mac OSX. If you also have Mobile Device Configuration knowledge coupled with a basic understanding of setting up and maintaining users and managing permissions and Anti-Virus software/Anti-Spam solutions, are likely to be of interest to this organisation.

If you have experience supporting Network technology e.g VPN. TCP/IP coupled with a basic understanding of setting up and maintaining users and managing permissions and basic understanding of Anti-Virus software/Anti-Spam solutions, this will be highly desirable.
