Service Desk Support Team Leader | Telford | Up to £27,000
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking for a hands-on Team Leader to manage a 1st | 2nd Line Support team.
This is a new job role, where you will manage a team of several 1st and 2nd Line Support Engineers, whilst being hands on you will manage, motivate and drive the team forwards.
1st Line Team Leader Job role:
As 1st Line Support, Service Desk Team Leader you will be process driven, proactive, have a great attention to detail with an inquisitive mind and always be prepared to challenge conventional methods whilst encouraging innovation throughout the team. You will also be someone who actively looks to take ownership of a problem and drive that to a smooth and successful resolution.
Whilst managing and supervising the team, you will deal with escalations, act as customer lead along with incident and service request management.
Clean driving license
