System Administrator : 2nd Line Support Engineer | Essex | £25,000 – £30,000
Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently looking an experienced System Administrator 2nd Line Support Engineer to assist our client with their large and growing customer base.

As System Administrator 2nd Line Support, you will provide technical expertise throughout the business.
You will manage and facilitate the service of the client service desk and managed service platform. To diagnose and resolve in an efficient and timely manner, customer issues that have been logged and act as an escalation point.
You will take ownership for telephone calls to the Support Desk and resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible
Act as 1st to 3rd remote support when systems demonstrate performance issues or service failures internally and externally
Develop, monitor and support the hosted environment proactively taking corrective action where required
Assist Client Support team and undertake duties which include 2nd and 3rd remote engineering when required serve as Client Support Engineer (Complex installations or problem resolution) and provide support as required
Produce scope documentation and obtain customer agreement for migration to the hosted system
Take ownership of a customer issue and resolve in a professional and timely manner
Provide monthly Client Support Team performance statistics and where necessary propose improvement strategies to correct poor performance to senior management
Citrix experience is key for this role, troubleshooting and able to investigate issues
Experience in Networking and Windows
You will have experience in a 2nd Line Support, System Administrator position
