THE BASICS:

As the Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in capturing and manage stakeholder requirements, analyse and improve business processes along with identifying and managing the implementation of third-party solutions. You will also be required to work with product owners and developers to deliver new systems, prepare and evaluate business cases and have experience identifying, managing our clients’ business benefits.

THE MUST HAVES:

As the Business Analyst, you will have experience of leading and facilitating workshops as well as implementing web-solutions. You’ll be required to have experience of using industry standard tools such as Enterprise Architect, Jira and Confluence, if you tick the boxes this could be the right opportunity for you.

Business Analysts with previous experience in a similar role along with an understanding of the software development lifecycle will be of great interest to our client. If you have any experience of development frameworks such as Agile and Scrum along with analysis techniques such as User Story writing, UML, BPM and Wire Framing you will be of high interest.

Analysts with excellent verbal and written communication skills along with the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals will be of great interest. As  Service Operations Consultant you will provide operational and technical support plus consultancy expertise. You will support and develop the service operations function in line with the Service Operations Team Leader and ensure the services from their data centres run at maximum efficiency.    

THE BASICS:

As Service Operations Consultant you will assist in the coordination of technical requirements of service operations with other teams and external clients when required as well as creation of standards for design, implementation and configuration of customer and company solutions within the service operations arena.

You will also be required to design, plan and implement installations and removal of hardware and services from our clients Data Centres coupled with escalation support from the Service Desk, provision of technical support to internal systems, Managed Services and customer transformation projects relating to the Service Operations environment.

THE KEY SKILLS:

The ideal candidate should have several years experience in technical consultancy or Service Operations role with experience of technical environments: data centre hosting, virtualisation (server and desktop), networking, authentication, storage, security and monitoring.

Service Operations Consultants are required to have solid Hyper-V, VMWare, Windows Server 2012 hands-on experience, with proven System Centre skills; (SCCM, SCVMM) and working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory Domain Services/Group Policy/DNS and SQL.

In addition, we are looking for candidates with hands-on Networking Cisco routing & switching and ASA coupled with an awareness of Security best practice (ISO quality standards).

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

If you have knowledge or experience of the ‘Public Cloud’ (Azure/AWS), Windows Server 2016, Skype for Business, Commvault, Swivel 2FA, Load Balancing, Sophos UTM, Juniper, Solarwinds NPM / IPAM / NCM / Netflow, System Centre skills; (SCOM, SCSM) then you will be highly sought after.
