THE BASICS:

If you can configure, optimise and maintain customer servers, systems & applications, whilst identifying opportunities to improve customer environments in conjunction with your technical colleagues to produce and develop standards framework documentation for new and emerging technologies we’d like to hear from you today.

The ideal Systems Engineer will be passionate about technology and possess an in-depth understanding and experience of Microsoft at Systems Engineer level, including Windows Server, Active Directory, System Center, Office365 and Azure. Engineers who can produce and maintain detailed technical documentation, with solid stakeholder management skills, and an ability to communicate technical solutions to different audiences, with a good understanding of ITIL Framework and Project Management principles are going to be of interest.

THE TECHNICAL SKILLS:

You’ll be joining a multi-cultural team that prides itself in providing extremely high levels of support within a very busy and demanding financial sector, including Hedge Funds and Private Equity Firms across Europe, Asia and the US.

THE BASICS:

You will be responsible for the design, configuration, installation, support and maintenance of network infrastructure (predominately Cisco) for multiple high profile financial service clients. The is a BAU and Project role with a heavy focus on Cisco Security, based at either the head office in South West London or client sites (Central London). You may be required to be on-call on a rota basis for out of hour’s network escalation, shared with all network resources.

THE PRE-REQUISITES:

If you have several years demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally with Managed Services experience (financial services industry experience favourable), with proven detailed knowledge of Cisco products and Cisco accreditations (CCNP, CCNA) is a requirement.

Demonstrable knowledge of Cisco firewall technologies including IDS/IPS, VPN, HSRP, ACLs, tracking and routing, with thorough knowledge of CCNP level routing and switching and an understanding of wireless networking concepts on Cisco and Meraki devices is important.

Knowledge of AWS and Azure networking concepts and networking concepts relating to Hypervisor’s and virtual networking on VMWare and Hyper-V platforms will result in an immediate interview request.

We are looking for a Network / IT Support Engineer with previous experience on a Helpdesk or as a Site Engineer with Helpdesk, Server, Desktop and Exchange experience to join an expanding company, based in Kent. The right candidate should live within a 20 mile radius of M20/M26.

THE KEY SKILLS:

As 2nd Line Network Engineer, if you can demonstrate a solid level of knowledge around workstation support (common troubleshooting), server networking (DHCP, DNS, RRAS, TCP/IP), firewalling (common port numbers, routing, network fault diagnosis), remote working (RRAS, VPN, RDP), user support (account unlocks, account creation, password changes), exchange / O365 (mailbox creation, distribution groups) and printer support (network printing, common troubleshooting), then we’d like to hear from you today.

THE DETAILS:

As the IT Support Engineer you will be working as part of a dedicated team of Engineers; expected to work through helpdesk tickets and have the opportunity to go out on site and visit clients. THE ROLE:

We are looking for someone to play a lead role working with a team of multiskilled

engineers focused on the design and development of a range of innovative communications products.

This includes complete product design knowledge, high speed digital design including CPU and DDR memory interfaces, high speed communications with telecoms interface knowledge e.g. Gigabit, Ethernet, VDSL & ADSL2.

You should have a good understanding of PCB layout techniques used for high speed design and analogue circuits with good understanding of signal integrity.

Knowledge of Altium CAD tools and SVN will also hold you in good stead.

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

If you have achieved a minimum 2.1 Honours Degree from a top tier

University in Electronic/Electrical Engineering or comparable subject and have
