Remedy Support Analyst job role:

Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving incidents and defects, providing support for various environments including development and production.

You will have experience in producing recommendations for complex resolution of issues, investigating problem tickets and performing environment maintenance, deploying releases and supporting patching etc.

You will also be required to provide on call support as part of a rota.

Job pre-requisites:

You will be expected to demonstrate hands-on experience in Remedy and Atrium Orchestrator, troubleshooting performance issues and have good understanding of IT infrastructure together with a strong understanding of Remedy ITSM’s underlying database structure, including data model, code customisation, and integration.

Experience in solving the problems related to Incident/Problem processes or environment is essential along with the ability to fulfil service requests and changes, such as SRD and SLA creation.

Proficiency in design and development of Remedy APIs (Java based) would also be advantageous.

Experience to be successful in the job role:

This is a very client facing role so great communications skills are key. Must have plenty of agile development test environment experience, able to lead a team technically and develop members as well as being the go to tech person for Agile testing.

As a Senior Agile Tester in the Agile teams your main role is to work with the rest of the delivery team to ensure overall quality of services. You will oversee the execution of tests, whilst also providing advice and guidance to the Test Analysts / SMEs. You will collate and manage the Incident Log, chairing the Defect Review Board for the testers as well as leading the management of defects. You will produce Test Progress Reports based on input from the Test Analysts / SMEs whilst also engaging business / end users during the production of test scenarios and scripts.
