THE SKILLS:

Requirements for this role include IT skills, excellent communication and people management experience, a proactive customer-focused approach, strong problem-solving skills, financial knowledge, and analytical skills. Experience in Lean methodologies, production, supply chain, or service management is crucial, along with a degree or equivalent education, NEBOSH certificate, and experience in the healthcare sector, particularly in Decontamination and Sterilization Services.
