Jonothan Bosworth Recruitment Specialists are currently working with their newest client; a leading utilities provider based in London as they seek the services of an experienced Software Developer to join their systems development team in the planning, development and testing of their ‘OnTrack’ system and associated applications.
If you have experience with front & back end web application technologies: Angular (2+), Node JS, RDBMS and NoSQL with working knowledge of PHP, HTML, CSS & JavaScript frameworks, we’d like to hear from you today.
THE INTERVIEW
Our client is keen on securing the right individual as soon as possible and have availability to interview ASAP.
THE CURRENT INTERVIEW TIME SLOTS:
Telephone Interview (30 minutes)
Wednesday 6th June: Anytime
Thursday 7th June: 12.30pm+
Friday 8th June: 9.30am : 1.30pm and 3.30pm : 5.30pm
Face To Face Interview (60 minutes)
Friday 8th June: 10.00am : 4.00pm
Monday 11th June: Anytime before 2.30pm
Tuesday 12th June 10.00am : 1pm and 4.00pm onward
THE ESSENTIALS:
As Software Developer, you will work with the Systems Architect and other technical team members to develop applications, system requirements and specifications.
Software Developers are required to have solid experience of JavaScript and similar toolsets coupled with advanced knowledge of Web Development Frameworks, manage source code using the specified management tools (Git); work with QA Test and Business Analysts to quality check developed applications, use Jira to manage work as part of a Scrum methodology and create and integrate Web APIs (RESTful and SOAP).
THE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
You will provide System and iOS App support to business and customer end-users when required, and occasionally liaise with internal IT; co-ordinating issues through to resolution.
THE DESIRABLES:
If you have working knowledge or exposure to PHP (ideally Symfony / Doctrine 1 / 2) or have experience of AWS (Amazon Web Services), coupled with experience working in Unix / Linux environments and/or with knowledge of IT networking then you are likely to receive an immediate interview request.
THE CONCLUSION:
Software Developers with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to analyse, process and implement continuous improvement in conjunction with the technical proficiencies mentioned above, will be highly desired.
